What we need
We are looking for the right person to be the key contact for our clients and ensure they remain supported and delighted with our services by providing effective account management and ensuring that we meet and exceed our promises.
This role is key to developing relationships that create further business opportunities. You will create effective sales strategies to identify and successfully engage with clients and potential clients by selling our learning & development and training services.
You will have demonstrative experience of success in a similar role in consultative sales within in a service industry. Experience within Learning & Development will be a distinct advantage.
What you will do
- Top outcome in the next 6 months: To achieve revenue growth of ASK Group services; ASK Europe and Management Apprentice with our existing clients by going above and beyond their expectations and ensure ASK is seen as a valuable and trusted partner.
- To provide effective account management for all clients to ensure ongoing business development, in particular the promotion of Company products and services on a face-to-face and telephone basis
- To organise, attend and lead regular account meetings as required to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and to further develop existing client relationships
- To provide effective project management for clients as a means of developing a positive client relationship and identifying opportunities for additional work from clients
- To prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics and to monitor service obligations and KPIs to ensure contract requirements met
- To develop and manage client account plans to include growth targets and client priority categorisation

Programme Coordinator

We use leading psychometric profiling tools and experiential learning techniques to give those attending our programmes the most rewarding learning experience, supplemented by sophisticated online learning tools to give managers and leaders the skills they need to succeed. In response to growing demand for our services we are now looking to expand our Client Services team.
We are looking for the right person to be a key point of contact for our clients
You will have demonstrative experience of success in a similar role in coordination/administration within in a service industry. Experience within Learning & Development will be a distinct advantage.
What you will do
- Act as a central point of client contact, maintaining and enhancing client relationships by building strong working relationships
- Administer a wide range of development programmes and training that can last from one-day to over 12 months
- Entering sales orders into our SAP system
- Work with and in support of our Consultants in the development, management and delivery of pre and post-programme communications and materials
- Work with and in support of our Consultants in the relationship management of existing clients
- Administer the LMS, to include uploading and editing online content, as well as acting as point of contact for delegates using the LMS
About you
You will be an experienced administrator able to juggle many balls – so the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential. You will definitely be outgoing, enjoy conversations, and have a positive, up-beat attitude.
You will enjoy getting to know your clients and our network of colleagues, and you will build strong relationships that go beyond the work projects. You will want to be seen as an extension of our client’s team and be a trusted partner.
You will have exemplary organisational skills and attention to detail and will need to prioritise your workload, including the many emails we receive. You will therefore need to be an expert user of MS Outlook. You will consider updating our CRM systems to be essential and not something that happens only when you have time. Knowledge of Project Management software will be a distinct advantage.

Operations Manager

We are looking for the right person to be a senior member of our team and ensure we operationalise all aspects of our programmes from initial contract through to completion.
This role us fundamental to our ongoing success, and you will need to liaise with clients, the internal team, and our Associates around the world; ensuring clear accountabilities are understood and met.
You will have demonstrative experience of success in a similar role within the service industry. Experience within Learning & Development will be a distinct advantage.
What you will do
- Implement project plans for new and existing contracts within ASK Group services: ASK Europe and Management Apprentice; ensuring all stakeholders are managed and key milestones met
- Lead the recruitment, engagement and retention of a network of c.200 Associates located across the UK, Europe and worldwide
- Be responsible for all programme evaluation; developing and implementing new metrics as required to evidence effectiveness to clients
- Ensure all legal documents such as client contracts and Associate agreements are up to date and in place
- Execute the duties, responsibilities and obligations of a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and support the management team by the provision of management information relevant to your role
- Lead, line manage and develop the Operations team
About you
You will be a highly experienced Operations Manager, and a brilliant communicator with warmth and humility at senior levels. It is essential you have experience of project management software and can integrate these tools with our existing platforms.
You will need to have an advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP B1 will be an advantage.
You will feel comfortable representing the company across all of our clients and you will understand ASK’s services thoroughly so you can speak with authority, and deputise for the Managing Director.
