On the 19th and 20th of October we were at the World of Learning, and we had a great time meeting so many people from the industry, speaking with the attendees, and running a seminar on ‘Creating Creative Environments’ which went down very well with all the people who came to hear what, one of our consulting team, Liaquat had to say.
Our stand was busy throughout the event, and we had the chance to speak with a lot of people – and that’s essentially why we do what we do. At our core, ASK are passionate about people, and our learning programmes are designed to bring out the best in every member of your team.
As we discussed in our seminar, one way to do this is to create an environment that supports and encourages creative thinking, and enhances the performance of everyone in an organisation, enabling supportive leadership.
In an ever volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, many professional environments are changing from a traditional, algorithmically task-focused ethos to one that requires agile thinking.
The modern working world, and the ever-increasing pace at which business moves, is resulting in the need for a more creative mindset from employees. The challenge for organisations is how to create and maintain workplace environments that nurture and develop creative and innovative thinking.
Bringing together current research in Neuroscience and Social Psychology, we pride ourselves on the tried-and-tested methodologies we utilise in our learning programmes, and in the unique way we tailor each to suit the specific requirements of every organisation we work with.
Events like the World of Learning conference give us the opportunity to meet those we help, those we want to help, and those we are yet to help with this kind of bespoke learning, and to discuss the needs of an ever-changing market so that we can be sure that we continue to provide precisely what you need through our learning programmes.
It was fantastic to be there and experience the buzz in the room as so many passionate people came together to celebrate an industry we are proud to be part of, and to meet so many others who are as engaged with learning and development as we are.[/fusion_text][modal name=”PDM” title=”Download File: Personal Development Mentors” size=”large” background=”” border_color=”” show_footer=”yes” class=”” id=””]Before you download…
