For the first 13 weeks following a learning event or programme, continuom will support learners and their line managers through a combination of ASK Elephant®, the world’s foremost follow-through support tool, and our team of telephone-based Personal Development Goal Facilitators.
This blend of new technology and goal facilitation:

- invigorates line manager participation
- refines and improves learning goals
- tracks and monitors rates of application of new learning

At the heart of the continuom service is ASK Elephant®, which has been helping managers in many of the world’s best organisations to transfer and apply new learning since 2001.
Our teams of Personal Development Goal Facilitators, who monitor learners’ progress towards the stated goals of their programme, bring the human dimension into the continuom service. Throughout the follow-through period, they observe learners’ progress via ASK Elephant®’s LeaderView™ digital dashboard and, on a pre-agreed schedule, contact them to provide advice, encouragement and support.
In addition, the Facilitator will contact the learner’s Line Manager to brief them on their role and provide advice and guidance on how they can best support their colleague.
